At Bandit Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging and include all technical components to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the bicycle or accessories in the original shipping crate or box, ensuring all manuals and tools are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
